Hands-on Claude training for SMB and mid-market teams, and AI spend measured against what it returns — real leverage, without forcing anyone to become an engineer.
Tyler Sztuka is the founder of SZD Labs, where he helps non-technical SMB and mid-market companies wield AI as real leverage, without forcing anyone to become an engineer. His focus is the outcome-first operator: the founder, ops lead, or domain specialist looking to expand the reach of their capabilities with AI but unsure where to start. His core conviction: a domain expert's judgment is what turns AI output from slop into signal — so keep them the expert and let AI do the rest.
Tyler is also focused on ecosystem development, understanding the economic, cultural, and organizational impact this technology is having on his local Atlanta ecosystem, and on one simple question: what does ROI look like for AI, and how can companies get there? Separately, as Atlanta's volunteer Claude Community Ambassador, he hosts free, open-to-all Claude Community events, from hands-on workshops to a citywide conversation on what AI is doing to Atlanta's people and communities.
SZD Labs does two kinds of work: hands-on Claude training for leadership, staff and engineering teams, and a measured answer to what a company's AI tools cost and return.
Through SZD Labs, Tyler runs hands-on Claude training that takes teams from curiosity to capability — built on your own stack and your own work.
Tyler works directly with organizations across Atlanta on the real question behind AI adoption — what ROI actually looks like, and how companies get there — and helps convene the community through The AI Collective.
Through Aurora, SZD Labs studies LLM-mediated communication and builds the evaluation frameworks that make AI trustworthy — publishing what it learns.
